What started out as a family recipe that we would prepare for special occasions has taken on a life of its own. Friends and relatives have been telling us for years that we should sell our crumb cake to the public. That dream became a reality when we opened our scratch made bakery offering crumb cake, cookies and artisan bread.
When we were asked to up our game with a mobile kitchen for catering and food festivals, we responded with a fully licensed powerhouse that allows us to produce hundreds of meals, any time, anywhere.
We are CIA trained chefs focused on the art & craft of fine quality baked goods. After decades of honing our craft, we are open to the public. We use top shelf ingredients & time honored techniques.
Chef Tom has been a culinary educator since 1998, a chef instructor at the Culinary Education Center in Asbury Park. In that time, he has become an authority on all things food while continuously refining his talent for creating the sweeter things in life.

We offer both sweet and savory specialties. We operate a mobile kitchen food trailer, available for catered events, and featured at a number of local food festivals.
We also operate a small bakery out of our kitchen in Asbury Park, and are exclusively available at local farmers markets and via online ordering.
